For most conferences and retreats, Carleton charges a flat rate per day that includes any and all use of classrooms and conference spaces, recreational facilities, outdoor space, campus Wi-Fi, etc. This way we can customize your experience even up to the day you arrive on campus without having to charge for additional rooms as your program schedule changes and adapts.
Rooms and Meeting Spaces — all have A/V installed or can have A/V brought in:

Weitz Center for Creativity: The Weitz Center is an excellent resource for conference guests, as it houses a cinema, theater, and concert hall as well as large meeting rooms and classrooms. On top of its variety of spaces, the Weitz is a spectacle of modern architecture and is LEED gold certified.
Sayles-Hill Student Center: Sayles is the heart of daily life on campus. It contains the post office, bookstore, the snack bar, and many rooms and spaces used by conferences for breakout activities.
Gould Library: The Library is open to college visitors and printing/computer services are granted to conference guests once on campus.
Recreation Center: Conference participants have access to the Rec Center during its regular summer hours including the fitness rooms, dance studios, climbing wall, and multi-purpose field house.
Cowling Arboretum: Carleton has a sprawling 880 acre arboretum that guests are free to explore. During the academic year, students enjoy the jogging, biking, and skiing on the trails. Science classes even use the Arb for field research.
Skinner Memorial Chapel: The Chapel is the heart of religious and spiritual life at Carleton, serving as a place of worship, meditation, and interfaith dialogue for both campus and community.
