Make A Fleet Vehicle Reservation

No fleet reservations are currently being accepted as Carleton continues to address the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Reserve fleet vehicles through Fleet Vehicle Services (507-222-7185) located in Campus Services, Sayles-Hill 005.

Faculty and Staff: Any faculty or staff member may make reservations, but only pre-qualified drivers may drive a fleet vehicle. Fill out the form below.
Students: Student groups wanting to make reservations are required to obtain written authorization from the department that oversees their organization. Please click the appropriate link below.

Stadium parking lot is pick up/drop off location for fleet vehicles.

Adhere to reservation start/end
Each vehicle is used by multiple drivers daily.

Mini Van: .57
Cargo Van: .57

"No Show Fee" equal to 100 miles is assessed to budgets when vehicles are reserved but not picked up/canceled in advance of the reservation start time.
