Building Access Forms

Carleton College has a security system which prevents anyone without authorization from entering residence halls, dining halls, and other buildings controlled by the security system. A OneCard with access privileges (full or limited) will be issued to each new employee and student.

A student or employee will be granted limited or full access to the facilities requested within one business day of submission of a building access request form. These forms must be submitted by a supervisor or authorized agent for any employee/student needing permanent or temporary access to a building controlled by a card reader.
