Columbia’s Institute of Human Nutrition has a one-year masters program which teaches students the foundations of nutrition science through an interdisciplinary approach. This program also requires a research-based thesis with a mentor at Columbia University Medical Center. The program is a great Gap/Glide year opportunity for Pre-health students.
